Include the e-Stamp service

e-Stamp needs extra corporate documents and a director who already holds an electronic certificate. Only tick this if you intend to buy e-Stamp.

An AHU profile check costs Rp 50.000 (Rp 55.500 incl. VAT), payable during e-Stamp activation. The fee is non-refundable, including when the AHU result is Fail.

The extra e-Stamp documents — SK Pengesahan, and the Surat Penunjukan if your signer is a Kuasa Direktur — are collected in e-Stamp activation, right after you activate your email. Nothing more is needed here.

Activate your account by email

You do not have to wait for verification to finish. Activate your email, then log in and buy a package. e-Meterai quota can be used immediately after top-up without user verification.

You included the e-Stamp service, so activation comes next: confirm your director data, upload the SK Pengesahan, then pay the Rp 50.000 AHU profile check fee (Rp 55.500 incl. VAT). The fee is non-refundable, even if the AHU result is Fail.

You also registered as a Signer. Complete KYC once to have your signing certificate issued — roughly two minutes. Your Corporate Admin and Finance access works without it.
